Order Issues

Is your order or item/s damaged, faulty, missing or not the right product?

We can replace or refund your item/s if they are:

  • Damaged in terms tears, or damages to the material of the garment

If you were received the wrong item or a missing item in your order, we can also refund them or resend them as long as:

  • There are no signs of wear

  • The tags are still attached to the garment

  • must be returned before 30 days of receiving your order

 

We do not exchange which means if you have a change of mind of an item or you have ordered the wrong size, you need to return the item for a refund and order the correct item and size.

 

If there are any issues with your items in your order, please contact our team straight away with your order number and description of the item at fault ready for us to sort it out.
